D&C's Managing Editor Ryan Sloane recently had a chance to sit down and chat with a culinary speed demon, Chef Nicky Morse, a guy with a career path as diverse as his family.
Chef Morse talks about his life in the kitchen, his foray into television and how a classically trained chef goes from burning himself in a four-star restaurant to burning rubber at some of the biggest drag strips and race tracks in the country.
The two discuss everything from the most elaborate cooking device seen at the race track to race-fan vegetarians.
You can catch Chef Morse's show "The Racing Chef" 10pm Eastern on Speed or online at TheRacingChef.com.
