Dine and Cook's launch is a reason to celebrate and we are asking you, the reader to get involved. We are trying to change the face of food information on the internet by treating it as an actual news medium. That means this site is structured as a media outlet.
We want a very strong editorial page, we all have opinions on food and now it's time to take that a step further. We want to start debate on all topics food-beverage, be it your thoughts on a perfect meal, organic labeling or eating local-- we want to debate it all.
We have a very liberal submission policy, but we do have some guidelines. We request that your letter to the editor is signed with your real name and that you provide us with a way to contact you. The internet has created a cloak of anonymity and an honest debate must be discussed in the open. Just like letters to the editor in your local newspaper, your name will appear next to your writing.
We do not publish open letters or third-party letters.
